Exchanges and Returns

Our product exchange policy aims at providing the customer with total safety in relation to
to the products purchased in our store. Free products are not subject to
no circumstances. All our products are guaranteed against defects in
manufacturing. We also made product exchanges that came different from that
commissioned by the customer. If you receive a product of our own with a defect of
manufacturing or different from what you ordered follow the following steps to perform the changeover:
1- Tell our team about the problem through our email (contact@gadifystore.com), sending
clear pictures of the defective product or the wrong product you received, within 3
days after receipt. Please note, we do not make exchanges or refunds after this deadline.
2- Your complaint will be analyzed in a maximum of 2 working days and, if found the problem,
we will contact you by email and you can choose one of the following alternatives:
- Receive a refund of the amount paid.
- Receive a new product as ordered.
- Receive a product of similar value.
- Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use for future purchases.
We will not make exchanges of products of inadequate size for the client:
We measure in centimeters of our products so that there is no error in the
choice of size.
